Specifically designed to complement Cerwin-Vega's Classic series of stereo and home theater speakers, the sub sports a built-in 250-watt peak-power amplifier, a bass reflex enclosure, and a 12-inch high-excursion woofer, leading to a generous frequency response of 28 to 150 Hz. The resulting deep bass performance makes special effects sound thunderous and exciting, while adding power and intensity to everything from hip-hop to classical music.

The woofer itself is built for high power, with a custom-designed cast-aluminum frame, fiber-impregnated cellulose cone, and large high-temperature voice coil. And thanks to the continuously variable crossover, which ranges from 40 to 150 Hz, listeners can easily tailor the bass response to any system or environment. Additional features include an adjustable level control on the rear panel, a user-selected polarity switch, and auto-on/off sensing. Slick looking stand for a Toshiba 32A43 TV.......2003-11-18

Product is a pretty sharp looking stand for the Toshiba 32A43 Television. The TV almost "snaps" into place on the stand and can be tethered down in the back with a supplied strap, with both these factors making it a stable stand and TV combo. I cannot (yet) discern any color difference between the stand and the TV set.

The stand itself has two internal shelves, leaving three levels for storage - be warned that our (RCA) DVD player barely fits depthwise, to the extent that we had to "punch" some extra from-fitted holes in the back panel of the stand so that the DVD's cables could fit. Other equipment (a stereo tuner) fit just fine, with plenty of room left over.

The stand comes flat-packed, so you'll have to assemble it yourself (you'll need a philips screwdriver and a hammer). Took me about 1 hour or so to do so, as it was sometimes challenging to tell exactly what the instructions were picturing. Also note that some of the interior panels we received were slightly scratched, but in the end it did not matter as the scratches ended up facing inwards and were on black panels that could not be seen in the end product.
