PRO: Stylish looking soft worn-look leather case; product comes in assorted colors. Built in clip for travel.
CON: Manufacturer tab located at insert area. Never occurred to me to checkout the stitching of product PRIOR to inserting my iPod with a non-scratched screen.
It looks sharp and has an exterior that is rugged and should travel well. Should one use this stylish looking product, they would be able to access it's headphone jack and hold button easily when the "flip is closed" which is most helpful. I was attracted to the product by the look-n-feel of the Microflip on the XtremeMac website, as well as the ability to have a rugged case for my well-travelled iPod!
Unfortunately, I ran into a major disappoint with the product when I had it in-hand. And, as a result of sliding my non-scratched iPod into the Microflip one time--I now have a scratched screen. There were no instructions telling me to pull their manufacturer label (with Made in China on reverse) away from the back of the case when I inserted by scratchless iPod. Needless to say--the resulting scratches caused by this product didn't please me. In an attempt to replace the thin sleeve that came with the iPod and an old PDA-screen cover on the screen of my iPod, I damaged it by using this product.
You can see the "goo" from the iPod sliding against the label on the case as it was inserted on both the wheel and the screen's clear plastic. Yes, the product has a soft touch on the screens side, yet the stitches and the manufacturer's label destroyed the pristine screen on an iPod that had been on six airline treks and played frequently while I was driving.

Better than I had hoped for!.......2007-01-12
I bought this to connect a satellite receiver to a pc for recording shows. This cable is HUGE! It is super fat and heavy. The connectors are good and I couldn't believe how well it was made. I see similar cables at the stores for $80. I'm very glad I bought this cable. I have no quality issues at all. If I ever need another cable I will check these guys first. It was hard to find anything other than a cheapo Chinese 25 foot cable for $4. Anything else was usually Monster and started out around $80. This is a good deal.
