DOESN'T CONNECT WELL TO THE IPAQ 6515.......2007-05-09

I bought this so I could play my music from my IPAQ 6515 PDA/PHONE over my car radio. Due to the cell phone it has a mini audio jack so it required an additional adapter which it came with. However, It was almost impossible to keep the plug connected properly.

I've used it for my IPOD which has a standard headphone jack and it worked OK.

For me it wasn't worth the hassle or money

Unlike some of the previous reviewers I've always had good luck with mine and I get a lot of use out of it. I spent a month on the road driving from job interview to job interview and no matter where I was, in a city or the middle of nowhere, my tuncast always worked.

Poor Reception and Very Sensetive.......2006-08-29

I have used this product several times and have not yet had it work without static coming over the radio. Each time I used it there was substantial interference after just a song or two played.

Also, if the unit moves or is moved during play, the player creates static or simply does not play.

Doesn't work so good (lots of static) and the cord where you plug in the Mp3 player broke and i had to fix it with electrical tape.

The transmitter needs to use a frequency that does not have a radio station already assigned to it. In a city like Los Angeles (where I live), there aren't any available frequencies. On road trips, we get some use out of it. The farther away we get from L.A., the more frequencies we can find to use ... then we get pretty decent sound through the car speakers. Unfortunately, as we keep driving, we'll eventually bump into other radio station using our selected setting and have to search once more for another open frequency.

Good Sound.......2007-07-03

I bought these because I trust JBL. I have a pair of JBL Decade L-26 speakers that are 33 years old and going strong. Originally I was going to buy some Polks and use them as my rear channel. I listened to the JBL Venue series and was not too impressed, the Studio L's blew them away. They sounded so good my old JBL's will be the rear channel now.
