I think that $20 is a good deal for these two items. They usually cost a lot more elsewhere, and I've been pretty happy with them. The AC adapter works perfectly. I'm not so sure about the car charger though. I was watching a video once while my iPod was charging in the car (don't worry, I was a passenger) and the iPod froze on me. I had to just let it sit for a while and shut off before I could use it again. I don't know if this was because of my iPod or the video file or because of the charger somehow. Just be warned that this could happen to yours.
