I bought this item so I could listen to my ipod while I worked from home. It works very well for what I need. I like the features it has including am/fm radio, clock, alarm, and remote. The one drawback I can see so far is that the directions are very difficult to understand. It is pretty self-explanatory except for things like turning the alarm on the clock on and off. It took me a good half hour to figure out how to do that. Otherwise it works great.
