I liked the product-good sound quality, it did everything I wanted it to EXCEPT, there was not a way to control the volume of the radio alarm. When the radio came on at the time set to be wakened, it went from nice and soft to rock band loud in just a few seconds - not a pleasant waking experience. I tried to contact a pretty non-existant help department, and with no luck there, sent it back.

This item overall is a good buy. It was listed as black but came in white. This would be ok if the product was not being used in a mechanic shop. Everything functions correctly except the power on/off alarm. I was able to set it but it won't power on/off like described. Again for everything it does do, it works well.
