Excellent customer service.......2007-05-03
This is a good company to buy from. I had a problem with the first one and the company replaced it right away. Then, I had a problem with the second one, which the company replaced again. Finally it was discovered the problem was really with my camera all along (duh), not the cards at all. I feel bad that the company replaced two cards that were not faulty, but have decided I will make it up to them by buying their memory cards exclusively and suggesting my friends do the same. These cards are always a good deal, especially at Amazon.
2GB SD card.......2007-01-16
Took longer than the Camera to arrive but very good so far
It blocks all the time.......2007-01-15
I can't say the reason, but this card blocks all the time, after some days without use. For unblock it, I have to take it out many times and clean contacts. Then, without knowing exactly what worked, it begins to function.
Outstanding to deal with.......2006-12-05
Excellent experience with both product and technical support.
Highly recommended
Poor Construction.......2006-10-24
The teeth on the metal contact broke off after first use in top flight DSLR equipment.

great price- poor quality.......2007-10-14
Price was awesome, but three of these wouldnt work in my phone, pda, camera, or PC straight out of the package. Sandisk works great.
Piece of junk, stay away!!!!!.......2007-05-18
I recently bought this SD card for my Nikon Digital SLR, and head to reorder it two times and never got one that actually worked, dont waste your time, stay away form this one unless you just like getting headaches!!
Terrible product. I wish I would have read reviews........2007-04-18
This memory card literally failed the second time I used it in my camera. I was on a once-in-a-lifetime trip, and lost over 400 meticulously created photos. I/O error appears to be unrecoverable even after trying several data recovery programs. I am absolutely furious. I haven't yet talked to customer service, but from the sounds of it, that will likely be fruitless.
DO NOT BUY THIS CARD!
Unreliable Memory Card.......2007-03-12
This card has given me problems since the day I got it. I have to remove the card and put it back into my phone in order for my phone to see it. I have not had this problem with any other card but this one. I do not recommend this card.
Defective card! Bad service! Stay away!.......2007-02-21
I fought with this horrid little card for two weeks before I was finally convinced that it was bad and not my Treo 680 or my SanDisk SD-HC USB adapter.
I sure wish I had waited for the SanDisk 4GB SD card and not been suckered by this little stinker.
This was a hard $100 lesson that I won't soon forget.

Good memory card.......2007-10-02
Bought this memory card for my new DMC-TZ3 Panasonic camera. Just finished a 2 week vacation and filled up the card with over 400 photos and video. Worked as advertised.
Great performance!.......2007-05-08
I used to have a 'regular' SD card... And by regular I mean slow as molassus! so I decided to buy a fast card so I didn't have to wait 3 to 5 seconds to see the pic after taking the shot, or just browsing thru the images in the card. This card is 150x so it's almost there at the same time I want to review the shot, or if I don't want to do it, I can take almost continuous shots one after another one with my Canon SD450. Thanks a lot.
Excellent customer service.......2007-05-03
Buy from this company. They stand behind their products and replace items quickly if there is a problem. I am extremely impressed with how they handled my issues, which ended up being camera related and not the result of bad memory cards. I will buy their cards exclusively because of this.
Works Great.......2006-12-24
I bought another brand that this site promotes heavily and it arrived DOA. Purchased this and the 512mb version for my wife's camera. At the time it was the least expensive high speed SD memory on the site. Works as advertised, is reliable (so far) and seems to be plenty fast. Prices have come down somewhat as of this writing, so shop around. I would not hesitate to buy this brand again.

Customer Reviews:
Horrible! 14 WEEKS to RMA a bad card!!!.......2007-01-14
I had been a Patriot Memory fan, thinking they made great quality mem. I was wrong. I had thoroughly tested the Extreme Performance card and found it ran well under 60x on USB 2.0 xfers to my puter, it specs at 133x.
On my Ex Perf 2GB sD card, the lock fell OUT after somehow locking first. I never did get my card unlocked and couldn't retrieve the over 400+ pics I had shot to it. If you want to read how bad cust. svc can get, read on... read on...
9/14/2006 I called and spoke to DL, he needed pics of card and e-mail, so I sent to him... along w/ name, part #, etc.
9/25/2006 I get response from CG, that RMA is accepted and DL will contact me to give me RMA #.
Between 9/25-11/17 I contact Patriot about 4 times and can't anywhere: "I'll need your RMA number" I don't have one, I'm trying to get one. "Then you'll need to talk to RMA dept." I NEED to speak to DL or CG... "If you don't have an RMA you'll need to RMA dept...
11/17/2006 I reach CG on phone. I send her long e-mail (cc: DL) saying this never processed, DL didn't issue RMA. I put name, addy, phone, part number on e-mail requesting RMA.
CG fwds e-mail to DL. Here's DL's e-mail response: "Can you tell me the RMA # so I can have RMA dept. look into this for you."
My response (ALL CAPS and BOLD): I don't have one, I'm awaiting RMA # from you. I included a suggestion he should actually read the message he responded to and such...
DL's response: I will need some information to start, name, addy, phone, part #... Once I have I will start the process of an RMA for you...
My response (ALL CAPS, BOLD and RED... plus I included threads to EVERY e-mail to date): You've got to be kidding me... I've included all this in every e-mail already today.
Now I call Patriot. I ask to speak to RMA supervisor, to find out DL is ABOVE the RMA supervisor! So I ask for the President... I actually get a VP (I think?), LH. I send him 4 e-mails, each with threads and responses.
LH: this isn't how we want to do business. Send to my attention I'll make sure you're taking good care of for your troubles.
I ask if after 3 months of hassles he'd consider upgrading me to a 4GB card. He says he'll take good care of me.
12/21 I get a (new? I don't know) 2GB card in the mail with no apology, NO UPC for future warranty, just a card in a clear plastic sD case. I paid $80 for my original 2GB PatMem Ex Perf card 9 months ago... 14 weeks! Over three months to RMA, lost photos, hassles, idiocy. Never again, Patriot. Never.
I just hope none of my other Patriot Memory products fail!

Poor customer service.......2007-03-27
I found that Patriot customer service was the worst.
They say "call us we can help" it's printed right on their packaging but I was never even able to get a response and the card didn't work in my electronic device.
Thanks for nothing Patriot.
Solid Card.......2007-01-16
4 GB lets you take ALL the pictures you need to take on vaction w/o downloading. Solid preformer and I have had no issues.
