I love this product! It fixed one of my collection disc that I was going to through away.
I read some of the review complained that this machine is not taking away the scratches. I noticed on the box indicated that it "stores" the disc back to it's original performing status not actually remove the scratches. What do you espect for $29.99?? I can tell you I got my $$$ worth by fixing that disc I was going to through away.

There is no order form included for when I need replacement parts. The unit itself works great. You must make sure the wheels are tightly screwed into place. When repairing a CD be sure to use a generous amount of repair fluid. Overall..I am happy with the unit.

I bought this from Target and it worked great the first few times. Then, the discs (in the machine, not the ones I'm repairing) became crooked and eventually stopped working.
