Plextor Drives Last.......2007-11-08
I built a new computer 1 1/2 yrs ago and put a less expensive Lite-on DVD burner in it. It reads but will not write any more. So I took out an Old Plextor CD burner that I had in my old Computer(8yrs old now) and put it in my new one, works great. So I ordered the Plextor 810-SA to replace the Lite-on and it works perfect. When or if either of my Plextor Burners go out , they will be replaced with another Plextor.
P.S. This has been my experience with Plextor, yours may differ. :-)

Awesome lens, but...........2007-12-18
everything about this lens is awesome. if you are thinking about it for your kit, it is clean, crisp, and well made. however, don't buy the lens on its own, it's cheaper to buy it as part of the DMC-L1 bundle!! i don't understand the pricing of this lens as a standalone. right now on amazon the amazing DMC-L1 (which is comparable to the Leica Digilux 3) is available for around 800 bones and comes with this exact lens. i know!!
Leica 18 -50 My Opinion.......2007-08-23
I just took the Leica 18-50 out on a two day photo shoot in New Mexico. I use the lens on my Olympus e-410. I was totally impressed with the corner to corner sharpness. The image stabilization works well. Is this lens worth the money? The answer is yes if you want the best!
