Stylish wireless mouse.......2007-11-29
Ci75m is my first wireless mouse. I had considered several other mouse devices before settling for this one. The orange color of Ci75m is a pure treat for the eyes. It looks great with my macbook. Even though it is thinner than conventional mouse devices, I have had no problems with the grip. I like the face that the USB wireless receiver can be fit snugly into the base of the main device when not in use. This allows easy storage and also puts the mouse into sleep mode, thus saving on batteries. The mouse also has a usb wire that can be used when wireless mode is not possible (where wireless devices are prohibited or when you run out of batteries). The wire is 'stored' between the top and bottom 'shells' of the mouse. The orange portion on the sides of the device is slightly rubbery and makes for a good grip. I have not faced any issues that are usually reported for wireless mouse devices, like slow/non-responsive cursor.
The Seattle Tacoma airport has an ongoing exhibition where they put new and innovative gadgets on display. Almost 3 months ago, I noticed this mouse device too on display. That really confirmed that Ci75m is a beautiful blend of technology and eye candy.
The best mouse I've ever used!.......2007-08-29
For those of you like the wireless mouse, this is the one you should get. For those of you that are using apple macbook and macbook pro, this is a stylish mouse you want to get! The good thing about this mouse is that it use two batteries, and when the batteries die on you, you still have the wire connection inside this mouse for you to use from. Pretty good design, very thoughtful. I bought this because my husband own one in another color (black and orange), I found it very useful, therefore I pick one for myself. I like the orange and silver color better.
Great concept for a mouse, just a few little flaws.......2007-07-16
Kensington has come up with a very interesting concept for this mouse. The thin and flat design makes this a mouse that is quite compact and portable, yet it is still pretty easy to grip and control. The packaging for the mouse is easy to open, not one of those hard plastic shells that could destroy your scissors. The mouse comes with 2 AAA batteries, the manual, and the mouse itself. There is no software; you just simply plug it in and go.
The mouse performs very well, but do note that the sensor is 1000 dpi...it takes a little getting used to. The mouse glides very nicely along a wooden surface. The buttons are quite firm and solid to click, not flimsy as some well-known competitors' mice. The scroll wheel is almost as flat with the rest of the body, certainly not elevated as other mice. There is no tilt-wheel; while it would be a nice addition, the flat design seems to prevent that possibility. The edge of the mouse is rubberized, creating a very comfortable grip.
The top half of the mouse easily detaches magnetically from the rest of the mouse body. Detaching the "lid" exposes the battery compartment and a little mini-USB wire. The mini-USB wire can be unwound and enables the mouse to be used as a wired mouse when it is not possible to use it wirelessly (such as when you run out of batteries or use it on an airplane). The wire plugs into the receiver, which itself plugs into your computer's USB port. There are a few flaws to the wire, however. The wire is quite short and there could be trouble reaching a USB port. For example, if you are a right-handed Macbook/Macbook Pro user, you may have trouble trying to use the mouse wired from the USB ports on the left-hand side of the computer. Another flaw is when winding the cord back, one must take care to make sure the cord does not overlap; otherwise, there will not be enough cord left for the plug to snugly fit back into its holder...and the "lid" will not fit back on. Finally, the wire is very flimsy and does not look like it will last too long. Use sparingly.
The receiver can be tucked into the bottom of the mouse when not in use. Doing so also protects the sensor and turns off the mouse. This seems to be the only way to turn off the mouse. There is no physical on/off switch. The manual states that the mouse will go into sleep mode after several minutes of inactivity. I tested this and found the mouse to go into sleep after about 6 minutes of inactivity; a bit too long, in my opinion.
Overall, this is definitely an excellent product for those who use their laptops away from their desks frequently. I would not recommend this mouse if you stay at your desk most of the time. I would try to avoid using the mouse in its wired mode as much as possible, but it is a nice peace of mind feature for those times when you run out of battery power. I've only used the mouse for a few days, so I cannot comment on the battery life.
Pros:
+Flat, comfortable design
+Battery indicator in scroll wheel
+Sturdy build quality
+Magnetic top "lid" to access battery compartment and mini-USB wire
+No additional software needed for either PC or Mac
+Compartment for receiver
+Wired mode for those times when wireless isn't possible
Cons:
-No tilt-wheel (but that's a personal preference)
-mini-USB wire seems flimsy
-Hard to wind the mini-USB wire so it fits snugly
-No on/off switch
-Sleep mode kicks in after 6 minutes of inactivity

Bad memory can cause anything from annoying error messages to complete system failures. Why risk it with cheap "mystery" memory? When you buy memory from Crucial, you're buying the same high-quality memory that leading computer manufacturers install in the systems they sell. In fact, because Crucial is a division of Micron, one of the world's largest DRAM manufacturers, chances are good that you have their memory in your system right now. While the "other guys" might claim to manufacture memory, they really just assemble modules out of chips made by someone else. Some don't have first-class assembly procedures, and some even use chips that failed to meet computer manufacturer's stringent testing requirements. Crucial memory goes through much more rigorous testing procedures than many other brands of memory. Some memory assemblers choose to accept a certain "defect rate" because it's cheaper to deal with returns than to test every part they sell. That may help their bottom line, but it's sure a pain in the neck if you're one of the customers who ends up with a bad module. That's why Crucial thoroughly tests EVERY module they sell and put their name only on the ones that meet their strict standards. You might expect memory this good to cost a lot more, but you'd be wrong. As an online memory upgrade provider selling directly from the manufacturer, Crucial memory is often available at lower prices than lower-quality modules.

Excellent Binoculars in a small package.......2007-06-07
I bought these because they were the cheapest pair of compact bushnells I could find at the local department store. Waterproof is a bonus although I have no need for it yet.
In response to the reviewer saying the lenses are not clear; these lenses are QUITE clear, much clearer than the 10 dollar competition. The difference is night and day, and is why I bought the bushnell name.
For 40 dollars you can't go wrong. Not terribly useful during darker periods but that is to be expected with compact lenses.
BINOCULARS.......2007-01-10
I PURCHASED THESE BINOCULARS FOR MY FATHER AS A XMAS GIFT AS HE IS GOING ON AN ALASKAN CRUISE IN 2007. THE BIO'S ARE SO GOOD MY HUSBAND NOW WANTS A SET. THEY ARE CLEAR TO SEE OUT OF, LIGHT WEIGHT AND EASY TO ADJUST.
Good glasses to have in the canoe.......2005-09-12
My goal was to have an relatively inexpensive pair of binoculars to have with me in my canoe whenever I paddle. This pair has filled that need admirably. For my purpose the waterproof feature was necessary. The small lens lets in plenty if light during the day so that has not been a problem; I suppose there is a point towards getting dark that these would not work well but a better larger lens pair would, but certainly not at this price. I would like a slightly larger field of vision, and perhaps more weight would make holding them steady easier, but as noted for my use these are fine; mainly getting a better look at birds in the distance. Small and light makes them easy to keep around.
H2O Binoculars.......2005-08-18
Very poor lenses. I have $12 binoculars that have better optical quality. Also, the diopter keeps loosing its setting. I would love to have my money back.
