I bought this pointer because of the price. I used it once and it worked well, the second time was a month later and the batteries inside it were dead, but it worked upon changing them. 3 months later I needed it again and it is not working, I tested the new batteries I put in, which are fine, and nothing. This was not a good purchase.

As an engineer I use laser pointers in work meetings all the time and I have had many break or die on me in meetings but this Apollo point is sturdy and has a very bright beam.

Note: please check what mount your TV requires before place your order. Do not pick the mount by the screen size of your TV. Will This mount Fit my Plasma TV? First check the weight of your TV. It must be less than 135 lbs. Second, look at the back panel of your TV. If your TV has 4 holes or 6 holes on the back of the screen, measure the vertical and horizontal distance between the holes, as shown by the last picture. If the vertical distance is within 2.95 - 18.9 inch, horizontal distance within 30.5 inch, then this bracket will fit. If you currently have a stand attached to your LCD TV this is usually removed prior to fitting the wall mount. Third, the width of your TV should be 32" or above. Otherwise the mount is too wide to hide behind your TV. We have a smaller tilt mount for 23" - 37" TV in our Amazon store. If you have a 42" or 50" Philips TV, this mount does not fit.
