Bad News.......2007-12-11
If I could have given no stars I would have. Logitech ought to be embarrassed to associate their name with this product. I thought because it was being sold as a logitech product that it was a relatively safe purchase. I bought one and liked the way it initially performed, so I decided to purchase 15 more for my staff. The first thing that happened is that it became a non-Amazon vendor who ended up filling the order, even though Amazon advertised it as sold by Amazon. (The first one I bought was handled totally by Amazon) Several days after my order was placed I received an email from 'Direct 4 Sale' saying they couldn't ship the order for the amount Amazon had quoted me on the website. After telling them to cancel the order they backed off and decided to ship it as agreed. We received the order within the timeframe promised, but by the third week of use almost all of the keyboards began to have problems. The keys of the keyboards began to randomly stick and random keys failed to respond completely. Some of the mice are still in use, but all of the keyboards have been replaced with their previous 'corded' keyboards. Because it would be such a hassle to return 16 keyboards and mice, especially to a vendor we had already had problems with, we chose not to pursue reimbursement. Hopefully our hard lesson will save others some grief.

The keyboard is smooth and lightweight, but the mouse has some problem and I will not use the mouse and not the keyboard and give them as a present to somebody who wants to repair something in the mouse.

I like it...but I can't get this wireless mouse to work right! The keyboard is straight, and I love the functionality of the console and volume buttons on the keyboard, plus the smooth typing and light weight. The mouse also suffers from not having back and forward buttons on the side, which in my opinion I can't see why they never included...doesn't matter anyway because I can't get the damn thing to work. I'll keep trying. For the price though, I am cool.
