Very nice feel in your hand, most comfortable I've ever used. Middle clicking is a bit tricky as the scroll wheel also goes from side to side to page through things (which is a nice feature, but not one I use a lot). Has a rather large signal receiver which is OK for a desktop but not for a laptop.

If you're interested in this product, spend the extra $$ to get one that is not refurbished. I sent 2 of these back to Amazon because they were both defective. Too much hassle to deal with just to save a little $.
