If you need a durable pointer that has some distance ability this is a good choice. I was thrilled with it as soon as it came out of the box and after two days on the job I am still just as happy.

I purchased this laser thinking that it was going to be a Leadlight GLP-105 model, but infact it was really a GLP-110 model. The laser DOES work and it is definitely worth the price, but if you're looking for the 105 model then I suggest you look elsewhere where the sellers really know what they're selling.
High WOW!!! appeal and works well too........2007-03-26
This green laser pointer is great for presentations. It is very bright and the color attracts everyone's attention. It works well and seems well built. It is heavier than most pointers which, I think, makes it easier to hold steady. The pocket clip is a bit tight so I bent it to be looser. My greatest concern is getting this thing back. Everyone wants to use it so it gets passed from person to person and I have to chase it down at the end of a meeting.

The first laser pointer I received worked for approx. 1/2 a second before dimming down to a green dot only visible in complete darkness. Returned it and received a new one quickly and it worked fine, and was very cool. Worked as advertised, including a visible beam at night. It was used for approx. 15 minutes total over 3 days always being extremely careful with it. No shaking, dropping, nothing. I took it out of it's case yesterday and nothing. For no apparent reason it just stopped working.
