In my opinion: The photo shown is for the LASER Inserts 6693, so check with the Avery site or another source. Also, let me tell you what happened when I ordered the Avery inserts called AVE08693, as shown on Amazon:
Where to begin?
I bought a package of these labels hoping to simplify my transfer of Music and VHS tapes to CDs and DVDs. Here's what I found:
1. The product is really called Avery 8693 and not Avery08693.
2. The Back Insert card in the package is SMALLER than the back paper/card in any CD or DVD STANDARD jewel case I have found. Could this be a mistake on Avery's part? Let's see.
3. I called Customer support at Avery and reached, you guessed it, India. After 10 minutes of trying to get the person to spell my name and email address correctly, I settled down to explaining the problem. The Rep admitted that she had not been trained for this problem, and had no knowledge of the product.
4. I sent an email to Avery, which, to this point, remains unanswered.
5. So, now, in 2006, not only can we expect to find a run of "mistakes" in products (which I can accept), but we can expect to find no solution, in ANY language or country, (which I have a hard time accepting).
6. Solution: I used my Windows XP "Digital Media Enhancements"/Windows CD label Maker, which comes FREE with Windows XP Media Center (and maybe Windows XP), and I make my own inserts using white or colored heavy stock paper.
UPDATE: I found a great program from Memorex called exPressit. Memorex also has great jewel case inserts 3202 0700. Check their website. A perfect print-out every time.
