What a bargain! I bought two of these as back up for my camera and they are just as good as the MUCH more expensive brand name product!

I got a battery marked 1200 mAh. Furthermore, I have no idea what brand it is--there's no "SterlingTek" anywhere on it. Contacted the seller and have heard nothing. Next went to the Amazon A-Z Guarantee--which just means I can return product with $5 credit for shipping and get my money back. I can't say that I am happy, with seller or product or Amazon for using this seller. UPDATE: SF Planet just sent me an email and offered to send a replacement for free. So I would give them back a couple stars if I could.

There seems to be some variety as to the specific mAh of the batteries supplied. I received a lesser one but the vendor I selected, SFplanet, was apologetic and made sure the situation was properly resolved.
You can't edit the stars, but I'd bump it up to a 3. No more though, it is after all just a battery.

I haven't seen any noticeable differences between this battery and the one that came with the camera. For the price I bought two so even if down the road they turn out to only be half as good it's still worth what you pay.

A Must for all Maya users beginners and intermediate.......2007-03-30
The thing about learning a new software is the shortcuts and various keys. This was never a problem for Microsoft Word or Excel. You can always find a keyboard guide that fits neatly on top of the F-Keys row. That's fine for extremely popular office programs. However, Programs like Maya don't have such easy study aids. Until now! This keyboard has all of the shortcuts color coded and laser imprinted type on the keys so they don't simple fade. In no time you'll find yourself memorizing complicated shortcuts. And the same way you learned how to type you'll find yourself looking down at the keyboard less and less.
The bad news is that Maya is constantly going under revisions so later versions may have changed some things. I use Maya 7 and I'm very happy with it and don't intend to upgrade anytime soon. So if your using 8.5 you might what to see what changes have happen since 6 before purchasing this product.

As nice as this tower looks in the photograph, it is, in fact, a poorly designed, poorly constructed piece. Of many, perhaps my biggest complaint is the design of the piece itself. The vertical moulding overhangs the shelves by half an inch, and the width of a standard CD case is 3/8"; thus on each shelf two CDs are invisible, and two more are obstructed by the moulding. Poor, poor design. Do yoursefl a favor: go to a home improvement store, buy some nice clear pine and build your own "double-width barrister tower." For the price, I expected a bit more.

Ok, so let me start off by saying for $100 this is a great buy. but as the title suggests you do get what you pay for.

5 megapixels = very good image quality

with flash on it takes a very long time to prepare to shoot

Okay so I am not a photographer I just wanted a simple camera to take simple pics of my beautiful son & that's what I got & the color is great on the pics. As far as it being complicated I don't think so. However, it does read low battery often even if the battery is not low. Just turn it off & back on then it's fine. Even the editing software is great. Plus I only paid $85.00 for mine. Great Buy!

I received this camera as a gift, 12/2004, and have had it for about a year. It has proven itself to be dependable, takes great pics, and has a very good battery life. I am puzzled by the above review. It's a wonderful little camera.

Non user friendly camera.......2005-09-13
This camera is so complicated to use that I have not been able to take photo's or videos since it was purchased. It drains batteries so fast one cannot even turn on the camera to take photos without replacing with new ones and even then, one keeps getting false readings of "low battery" even though I have a battery checker to make sure they are in full power. It has been more than three months since this camera was purchased and neither the store nor the company will entertain a replacement. Am I upset......you betya!
