I've been having wrist pain when working at the computer. This is my first ergonomic keyboard that I'm trying. It has a small footprint, and is easy to adjust once you figure it out. It's not perfect wrist relief, but does seem to be helping some as a get used to using it, and don't fight it. It's nice to have the flexibility to adjust it, though I wish it could be tilted even taller. One thing that is incorrect in amazon's description is that there is NOT a built in number pad, there is only the numbers along the top. You will need to get a seperate number pad if you want one.
