After my hard drive crashed a few months ago, I decided that I desperately needed to backup my data on a regular basis. I tried at least 2 different external solutions. They both were very hard to set up and use. Finally someone told me about this product. I wish I had known about it earlier. It is the easiest and best backup solution I have ever seen. You plug it in, the software comes up automatically and you click Backup. It backed up my Outlook stuff and my documents folder. The whole process took about 5 minutes. I am thinking about upgrading to the 80GB version so I can back up all of the computers in my office. If you are looking for a back up device, look no further.
