Most people are thrown by track pads, but I love them, as I've been a laptop user for years. I won't get a laptop if all it comes with is that little eraser ball. So when I started having circulation issues and decided I needed an alternative to my external mouse, I gave this a shot. It works great, but I found that having it off to my side proved more awkward than I liked, so for the time being I've retired it. Still, if you don't do much complex work on your machine, this would be a great alternative to mousing around.
