Porro versus Roof.......2007-05-17

Yes the battle continues. However with this price range of binoculars I have great vision, ruggedness however not the sleak look of the avantgarde, the "Roofers" of the birding world. If it is quality, price and function you want I recommend the Swift Ultra Lites. If it coolness, light weight and handling you wish then maybe the Porro design is not for you. For me it is a great fit. Great proven product.
