Convertible Tripod.......2007-11-29

The Cullman tripod converts from a regular tripod to a monopod uising the center column. It is a feature I have only found once before in a tripod no longer even produced. The tripod disassembles easily. It allows you to use either the head of the tripod, another head of your own choosing (not supplied), or a regular camera stud on the monopod. It is very handy for photographing over the heads in a crowd or other unusual angles such as straight down over a balcony.

The tripod is sturdier than other tripods in its weight class. It's components work smoothly and easily. It is excellent and light-weight.

A RAM review? Ode to a memory module on a Thursday afternoon? What kind of useful verbiage can I offer about a RAM stick?

Obviously, not much, and I shouldn't try-- suffice to say I was happy with this Kingston product, as I have been with previous Kingston purchases.

Amazon frowns on discussing cost in a review,which is quite understandable as prices flucuate, and especially so with RAM modules. I'll just say it was a substantial savings for me to order this stick here rather than through the only 2 retailers in town that had it.

This is a horrible cable. There is no durability. There is no strain relief to speak of. It's scratchy and noisey. I threw mine into the dusty corner of neglect. Cables are important, don't go here.
