NOT Rapid At All.......2005-07-20

If you're looking for a RAPID Charger for the NP-120 battery, as is found in the Fuji F10 digital camera, then you should Pass on this item.

I purchased this item as a 'Rapid' Charger for my F10. Unfortunately when I opened up it's manual, I saw that it listed the charging time as being 3.5 Hrs for the NP-120 battery! Thats only slightly faster than the rated 4 Hrs that it would take for normal in-camera charging.

I am shipping this item back to Amazon.

Poor product, worse service.......2007-12-06

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. First of all, the editing software doesn't even load on a computer running Windows Vista. Next, I have been trying to get the card to work with Vista for weeks with no luck. The support page from Turtle Beach is worthless and the E-mail tech support is no help at all. I will never buy a Turtle Beach product again.

Pro Level Video Capture.......2007-06-27

The Video Advantage PCI wins my vote convenience, if nothing else. Having the audio and video inputs on the front of the computer is a major plus. The video capture is excellent as far as using composite video and/or S-Video. I don't have a digital video camera so I can't report on that part of its captre system. The audio capture seems to work well too. The only negative I found was an ocassional dropped frame.

As far as the included AD FullCap video capture software goes it is great. Very simple to use and straight forward. The included video editing software (not made by Turttle Beach) is a dog. It pooly designed and very slow. I uninstalled it. Use Sony Vegas Movie Studio--it's great!

For analog capturing the Video Advantage PCI is as close as you going to come to "Pro" capture at an affordable price.

JUNK!.......2007-05-10

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS
1. Nothing works, not the hardware or its software
2. Locks up P.C.
3. When installed, the card will not allow the P.C. to turn off.
4. Software is not compatable with Windows Vista
5. The rendering/DVD program will not load under Vista
6. Vender's web site says software and drivers not supported under Vista
7. Tried their Vista beta drivers, and they don't work
8. Program does not detect the card and fails.

I CAN"T SAY ANY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS CARD DON"T PURCHASE IT!!!!!

I am currently one week into the process of trying to undo the damage this product did to my computer with a failed installation. The warning sign was when the install application booted into what appeared to be "Safe mode" so that it could modify system files not normally accessible. Installation failed at this point over "DirectX 9 not installed" even though I had installed DirectX 9 directly from Microsoft's site.

Customer support? To quote from their web site: "Before you jump to conclusions, please consider that as the saying goes:
"95% of all Computer problems are "USER ERRORS" "

Apparently my user error was putting the installation CD in the drive.

Read the other reviews here, read the KB about my DirectX error (suggested fix #2 is to reformat your hard drive) and then look elsewhere for video capture.

Hardware Conflicts and Unusable.......2005-11-04

Installation was fairly easy and straight forward but once I turned on the PC is when the problems started. It had a major conflict with my Video Card and everything was in 4bit colors and wouldn't go beyond 800x600. Once I pulled the card it werked fine.......support on the TB website is worthless cause there was nothing there that was even vaguely close to my issue. E-mail support is equally worthless.........if their support was better I would keep it but since it is practically non existant except for extremely generic issues I chose to return this.
Great concept but extremely poor execution.

Couldn't get worse.......2007-10-27

All about this item has been a nightmare, even thought it's plenty of small package features it came with a serious screen alignment problem which could not been fixed for any of the multiple suggestions you might find in several forum ( it seems this issue is extremely frequent given the number of proposed fixes you see and none worked for me ), so I returned to the seller( R & D Marketing ) and after 14 weeks ( more than three months ago ) of wait I haven't had ANY reasonable answer of these guys and the only thing the say is that they have to send it back to Europe to the manufacturer ( HTC ) and they no have anything else to help with and not even to provide with a contact person or number at HTC to find out the status of the claim. I thing this kind of support is not worthy the suffering and time wasting and I requested a money refund, which again I still expecting for them to reply. Don't bother to buy at this store, you will regret it as I did.

HTC TyTN is the AT&T 8525 and will be discontinued with release of AT&T 8925 w/in next two weeks. Will drop in price to the $100-$200 level in my opinion. TyTN otherwise reviewed as a good phone.

This phone is pretty cool, you can use it as a MP3 player, etc... Just like PocketPC.
Unfortunately it drains a lot of battery's power, and notifications are sometimes not clear. It slides out when I take it out of my pocket what is really annoying. Basically, you can not use it when you are driving a car; it needs two hands to use it and a stylus, because sometimes folders are too small to touch it with your finger.
If you are looking for the phone that you will be able to use whenever and wherever you want to - you should find another one.
