Great Charger!.......2007-09-03

This is an portable charger for Sony digital cameras that takes up little space - a great feature is the power plug folds up when not in use. It is the pefect size for the camera case. It is intelligent and stops charging when the battery is full. I used the charger for the battery on a Sony DSC-S85 and it works fine - it took a couple of hours to charge a totally dead battery. This is a really great quality charger and you cannot beat the price!

The charger is excellent, very light, I can put it in my camcorder bag, the led indicator changes from Red to green when it's fully charged. It has a car charger connection as well. Don't spend $100 for others, this one does it all.

Nowhere else on the internet will you find a higher end graphics card for PCI buses, but that also has its consequences. My games (that require only a minumum of GeForce 3) can only run on low to medium quality graphics. There is also some lag. Even so, the games still crash from time to time (even when I'm only 5 minutes into the game so it's not overheating).

My advice is: don't make the same mistake I made. Save up your money and spend it on a newer computer. PCI is already dead. I'm going to need a new computer soon.

Our kids got their Dad one of these on his birthday for his office. He loves it! It is amazing! The picture quality is good and it is easy to use. What a great way to display lots of pictures. Just set it on "slideshow" and you can view hundreds of pics. A great xmas present too!

I bought this for my Mother-in-law's 70th Birthday so I only have to load images once (I hope)...which is a good thing!

Picture quality is nice, and the wooden frame is much more traditional than others I've seen.

It took a while to figure out how to work it with my MAC...and after that, it was still cumbersome to load images. It kept creating smaller duplicates of all images loaded. I was able to delete them, but the instruction manual doesn't match the buttons on the remote control, so that took another half hour to figure out.

If you have a PC it's probably easier to use, and it's nice quality for the money.

Great PIcture Viewer.......2007-08-05

Bought this for my daughter's birthday. Loaded pictures from her entire lifetime and from other members of the family. We like it so much that we are planning to purchase one for ourselves.

The resolution on this frame is better than several others that we looked at. This is a key point if you are shopping for one of these frames.

Problems with the remote.......2007-07-12

The image quality is good, but the remote does not work, making it impossible to gain access to any of the functions. It took three attempts by the customer service person to get it right. In the end they had to send a new frame and remote. (The remotes and frames are manufactured in two different plants in China, and evidently they are paired and packaged in a third facility)

The frame contained a file called Death.exe when accessed from my computer. Fortunately my virus scan detected and removed it. It was labeled Emerleox.worm by McAfee virus scan.
