Misadvertised and VERY poor service from Adorama.......2007-11-30

I have not tried to use the lights (I own this one and the red one) yet, but it states that is comes with a "Removable reflector included to help aim and intensify light", which was NOT included in my shipments.

I tried to call customer service and, although I was polite about their errors, the man I spoke to was VERY rude and responded very unprofessional to me. Their offices are open very strange hours (8-1 EST Fridays, NOT OPEN on Saturdays) as well which makes it difficult for anyoen with a normal job to actually contact them.

I would not suggest you buy through Adorama Camera!

(Also, you would think after spending $100 on a light, they would throw in a free $5 bulb so I could use the damn thing once I got it)
