I installed this chip in my G4 12inch 1.5 Powerbook with no problems whatso ever. I've seen a definite increase in speed and ability to have countless applications open. People need to check their specs closely, it seems the reviewers that this chip didn't work for, didn't check their specs first. I've purchased many other Crucial chips and have yet to be disappointed.

It doesn't work with my Apple Powerbook G4.......2007-11-24
I got this memory module with a really great price here. However, after installing it in my Powerbook G4 1.25GHz 15in. The system keeps showing a screen telling me to reboot the computer. Sometimes it appears right after turning on the computer, and sometimes right before login to the system. After e-mailing their support team, I got the response "Unfortunately, the Crucial memory you bought is not compatible with that Powerbook, even though it matches Apple's specs. We offer a special build on our web site for this notebook (CT368654); you can check if Amazon carries it." I'm not sure why this can happen... match the spec but doesn't work? Does it mean this cheaper module (compared to CT368654) has some defects that make it not work with Powerbook well? Who knows what else can happen!! I'd rather spend a little bit more money to get more stable performance!!

Good if you have several sony products............2007-12-26
Sony has always been caracterized for having off the edge products, and this memory is no exception. I have had mine for 2 years already on my k790 phone and have had no problem with it. You can use the included adapter pro duo to use it in your computer. It is a great product if you plan on having several sony products like a cel phone, a camera, and an mp3 player.

The Heliopan KR1.5 is closer to the Tiffen and Hoya 81A filters. The Heliopan 81A filter may be too dark for some photographer's preferences. No exposure compensation required.
