Product work as good as they promise but the shipping is less desiable.
Recommend this product yes but spent a little more money or find other mechant on shipping. Computer products should never go through regular mail. Overall, Find another mechant that has this product!
Missing 128 of 512 ram.......2007-01-25
My previous 512 ram was dead and i ordered a new one from amazon with a great price and fast shipping but when i received this ram in a sealed box marking 512 ram on the label after i installed the ram i found out there was only 384ram so i missed 128 of ram, i emailed customer service about 6 weeks ago and i never got a reply. this ram is stable and quiet due to the missing 128 of memory im not sure if i should order the same product again
Added another 1024 to system.......2006-12-21
Needed to add another 1024 to my system and since these same brand and spec chips have been in there working so well for about 4 years now, didn't even want to mix with another brand.

Since you have to have this to take photos it's a good thing that it is so good and dependable. You can buy several, store them and later put them on a cd. I don't know how they get so much info on such a little thing but they do and I've had absolutely no problem with these at all. I have this one and a mini and I am very happy with both.

The item I was sent was not the exact item that I ordered. Although the substituted item would have worked in the camera, it did not suit my purpose as it was a gift for an elderly lady who cannot deal with extra problems like adaptors.
I had to return it and order another item which still wasn't exactly what I wanted (another brand, not Sony) and was only 512 instead of 1 gb.
I should have been informed first, instead of being sent the wrong item.
