I too am disappointed that the adapter is not included. The picture of the item shows the retail package including an adapter. A careful reading of the description of the item reveals a reference to the "optional adapter" so I guess this is Amazon's escape clause. I consider the picture, being of a different item, to be deceptive.

This is great to have for a PSP system but i would not recommend buying this because I would buy a 4 gig if i hadn't bought this. That is why i give if four stars. So far the have been no problems with it and it preforms well. This is a great memory card.

The card I received is black instead of blue and does not come with an adapter but as it turns out my Dell has a reader for the pro duo so no adapter was needed. I'm giving this card as a gift for my son in law for his psp.

I bought this memory stick for my Sony DSC-W1 hoping it would store up to 2 GB of memory. Although it is not the memory cards fault, my camera was not able to fully use the 2 GB of memory. Instead, it holds only 600 photos on 5.1 megapixels or around 23 minutes of video. I deducted a star because it did not come with an adaptor, I had to go out and buy one for it to fit in my camera.
